How to Access the Helpdesk Portal


How to Access the Helpdesk Portal:


1.    Through the College Website:


o    Visit the Gulf College website.

o    Click on “Helpdesk” located at the top-left corner of the homepage.


2.    Account Activation (for Staff):


o    All staff members are pre-enrolled using their GC email addresses.

o    You will receive an activation email today from ithelpdesk@gulfcollege.edu.om with the subject “GC Helpdesk User Activation”

o    Follow the link provided to set your password and start creating and tracking your tickets.


3.    Via Email:


o    You can also send your requests directly to ithelpdesk@gulfcollege.edu.om, and a ticket will be created automatically.

o    Please ensure you send your inquiry emails from your official GC email to receive priority service and mention full details of your concern.


4.    Using QR Code:


o    Scan the QR code below to access the Helpdesk quickly.

o    QR codes will also be displayed in computer labs for convenience.
